A Prime West London office investment located in Kingston Upon Thames of two inter-connecting HQ office buildings following a comprehensive refurbishment, providing circa 100,000 sq ft of flexible Grade A accommodation, and circa 5,000 sq ft of ground floor retail.

Montague Evans on behalf of Rockspring asked us to produce high quality marketing material for an Investment Opportunity. An art directed photo shoot was arranged of the offices and surrounding area along with aerial photography. Printed and digital marketing material were produced.
